Analysis of the Reasons for Arrears of College Students and Countermeasures

With the expansion of college enrollment,college students being in debt has become a growing problem. This paper analyzes the reasons for arrears of some college students,such as students coming from economically disadvantaged families,imperfect state- funded policy system,school internal mismanagement,etc. For these various reasons of the arrears,the author puts forward a reasonable funding policy system,and seeks the measure that parents and society support,and what's more,highlights the countermeasures through improving the internal management to solve the arrears problems so that the amount of arrears can be reduced to make sure college education carry on smoothly.
