Abstract
A trial of semiarid sloping tillage was conducted to study the effects of potassium fertilizer on the content of water-soluble total sugar and crude starch of Lilium davidii var.unicolor bulb during the period of maturity. The results showed that the content of water-soluble total sugar and crude starch were increased with the increasing of potassium fertilizer application within 0 to 150 kg/hm2.And the maximum of water-soluble total sugar and crude starch appeared under the treatment combination of nitrogen 225 kg/hm2,phosphorous 150 kg/hm2,potassium 150 kg/hm2,which were 12.16% and 13.80%(calculation of fresh weight) When the application of potassium fertilizer was more than 150 kg/hm2,the content of water-soluble total sugar and crude starch decreased.
