Abstract
The optimum inclusion process conditions for bifenzate using γ-cyclodextrin were studied. The inclusion technology was optimized by orthogonal test with the mole ratio of γ-cyclodextrin to bifenzate, inclusion time, inclusion temperature as factors and with the yield and the inclusion rate as indexes for evaluation. The optimum inclusion conditions were established as the follow: n(γ-cyclodextrin)∶n(bifenazate)=1∶1,the inclusion temperature at 30℃ for5 h.The technology was effective with high yield and inclusion rate.
