Intelligent is the new trend of the power grid development,digital substation is the plysical basis of smart grid construction.Digrtal substation is the pillot application and construction of power grid and substation technology development of the new hot spot.It's the future development of substation automation technology trend and direction.Among them,the second electrical design for digitall substation constuetion has important sense.
