The Chinese Traditional Concepts of Fengshui and Eco-environmental Protection-Taking the Vegetation Protection of Wuyuan Old Village Houlong Mountain and Shuikou Forest as an example

According to the existing historical literature,the origin of the concept of Chinese Fengshui and the positive role played by Wuyuan villagers in protecting the Houlong mountain and Shuikou forest in history.There were color blind faith in Fengshui concepts,at present scientific knowledge was taken as a weapon to explore and reveal Fengshui theory.Under the conditions at this stage,concepts of Fengshui were quoted by interest or faith-driven to promote public participating in the protection consciously,it is a useful complement for management measures of modern ecological and environmental protection.
