Abstract

Objective:To compare the analgesic effect, incidence of complication and salivary cortisol changes in induced abortion by administrating fentanyl, remifentanil and sufentanil combined propofol as anesthesia.Methods:240 patients undergoing induced abortion were randomly divided into three groups: group F(fentanyl),group R(remifentanil) and group S(sufentanil). There were 80 patients in each group.Misoprostol 400 μg were put into vagina 1 hour before the surgery.Fentanyl 1.5 μg/kg,remifentanil 1.5 μg/kg and Sufentanil 0.1 μg/kg combined with propofol 2 mg/kg were administrated to group F,group R and group S.Cervical relaxation, surgical time, recovery time, heart rate, blood pressure,SpO2,respiratory depression, pain of lower abdomen were observed.Pre-operative and post-operative salivary cortisol levels were detected. Results:There was no difference in surgical time, cervical relaxation degree, body movement reaction between three groups(P0.05),the recovery time of group S was longer than those of the other groups(P0.05),the incidences of hypotension and respiratory depression of group R and group S were higher than those of group F(P0.05).The VAS score on 30 minutes,2 hours after the surgery and the level of cortisol on the first day after the surgery in group R were higher than those in the other groups(P0.05),but there was no difference between group S and group F.Conclusion:Fentanyl or remifentanil combined with propofol are a good choice in analgesic of induced abortion.
