Abstract
There are strong affinity and high specificity between biotin and streptavidin.Biotin and streptavidin were used in piezoelectrica biosensing investigation,so the piezoelectrica biosensing real-time response characteristics of biotin-streptavidin system were reflected.Effects of pH on adsorption deeds of biotin and streptavidin, impacts of experiment condition on reaction of biotin and streptavidin including incubating time and concentration of streptavidin and reaction time, and reaction characteristics were discussed. It was demonstrated that the adsorption of streptavidin is the best after incubating 8 hours in concentration of 100 μg/mL when pH is 7.4.Under the optimal experimental condition, the frequency shift is linear with the biotin mass concentration in the range of 0.11~1.65 μg/mL.
