A Study on Restricting Factors of Green Packaging in Food Industry

With a growing awareness of food safety,food packaging security is also catching more and more attention. Pollution-free green packing has become the development trend of packaging industry. In recent years,Chinese green packaging industry has achieved a certain development,there is still a large gap compared with advanced countries. Especially in food industry,green packaging development is restricted by many factors. Therefore,according to the analysis of the current situations,this paper discusses some main restricting factors for the development of food industry. In order to promote a rapid development of green packaging in food industry,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in this paper,such as cultivating green packaging talents,popularizing green packaging knowledge and green consumption concept,developing green packaging technology to reduce the cost and speeding up the legislation of green packaging.
