Abstract

The treatment of cotton fabric with citric acid often adversely affect its whiteness and led to difficulty in dyeing with anionic dyes. Incorporation of TEA、sodium borate and PEG into citric acid can improve whiteness, dyeability and mechanical properties of the finished fabric.
