Abstract
Based on the analysis of a certain lean hematite ore properties,joint process of HPGR and vertical ring strong magnetic machine is adopted to handle such low grade ore with the method of wet preliminary beneficiation.The paper also introduces the design content of this preliminary beneficiation process.The implementation of this technology can decrease the energy consumption of ball mill greatly,reduce the beneficiation costs of final concentrate,and increase the economic benefit of mining company.
