THE CHOICE OF TECHNIQUES OF REDUCTION MAMMOPLASTY

Abstract

Objective:To review the clinical date of reduction mammoplasty,compare the techniques,which were used by authors,choose the best technique which can be used in the future. Methods:65 reduction mammoplasty patients were reviewed,the advantages and disadvantages of each technique were compared. Results and Conclusion:The composed inferior pedicle technique was one of the best techniques for reduction mammoplasty.Because the blood supply is rich,the feeding function of the breast can be kept,and couture of breast after surgery is satisfactory. [
