The Knowledge Transfer Model of Enterprises Based on Knowledge Value Chain

In knowledge economy,knowledge plays a more important part in the development of the enterprise,the core operation of the enterprise with traditional cash,logistics and information flow is gradually alternated by the core operation with value stream and knowledge flow.The essence of enterprise knowledge value chain is management process of knowledge transfer and knowledge innovation,and knowledge transfer is the key factor of enterprises to gain and maintain the competitive advantage.In this paper,knowledge value chain will be applied to knowledge transfer in order to study transfer model based on knowledge value chain.
