Card-related crimes include credit card crimes and crimes which concern the use of credit cards and savings cards. According to the criminal law in our country, credit card crimes can be categorized into three kinds: forging credit card, swindling by credit card and stealing and using credit card. In addition to some common features of credit card crimes, the latter shows other features such as the means are more tricky, more categories and do more harms to the society. However, it's hard for judicial organs to convict them or sentence them in the light of current laws. Now, card-related crimes in Xiamen are more and more serious. The countermeasures are that the public security organs of all levels should take the whole situation into account, cooperate closely, apply hi-tech to improving prevention, and further perfect relevant laws.
