Abstract
The application of virtual instrument in the experiment teaching of microcomputer principle is introduced through the simulation design of 8253 under the LabVIEW environment. The utilization of the simulation has yielded good experiment results,which improves experiment teaching. The technology can also be applied in the experiment teaching of other programmable chips.
