The effect of preoperative visiting nursing on psychological status,physiological stress and satisfaction of patients with gynecological tumor

Objective: To explore the effects of preoperative visiting nursing on psychological status,physiological stress and satisfaction of patients with gynecological tumor. Methods: One hundred and twenty patients with gynecological tumor were randomly divided into observation group and control group( 60 cases each group). The preoperative visiting nursing was implemented in observation group,then two groups were nursed with routine operation nursing. Results: The differences of SAS and SDS scores of two groups at 1 day before operation were not statistical significance( P 0. 05),the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group at 3 day after operation were obviously lower than those in control group( P 0. 01). The systolic pressure,diastolic pressure and heart rate of the observation group at preoperative 5min and skin incision were significantly lower than those in control group( P 0. 01). The nursing satisfaction of observation group( 98. 3%) was significantly higher than that in control group( 88. 3%)( P 0. 01).Conclusions: The preoperative visiting nursing is a high-quality service,which can effectively improve the psychological status and nursing satisfaction of patients,reduce the physiological stress reactions of patients.
