Abstract

Competitive power of science and technology is the power that can develop economic and promote social sustainable development.This paper evaluates and analyses this power from 4 aspects which are scientific and technical input,scientific and technical production,correspondence between scientific and technical and economical development,scientific and technical potential,and finally get the real scientific and technical situation of Henan province and the specific disparity from other developed provinces.
