Impact analysis of traditional Chinese medicine dispensing standardization processing on prescription effect

Abstract
Objective To analyse the impact of traditional Chinese medicine dispensing standardization processing on prescription effect.Methods 232 cases patinets were randomly divided into specification group and control group,each of 116 cases.Specification group were given standardization processing to quality of traditional Chinese medicine,prescription checking,prescription distribution,prescription review,drug guidance during the prescription dispensing process,and control group were given traditional treatment.The clinical efficacy of two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of specification group(74.14%) was higher than that of control group(53.45%),the difference was statistically significant (P0.05).Conclusion Giving standardization processing to every links of traditional Chinese medicine dispensing is benefit to improve prescription efficacy and total clinical effective rate,and worthy of clinical application.
