A Study on the Measurement of Regional Tourism Cities' Niche of the Yangtze River Delta and Cooperation-Competition Strategies Based on the Niche Theory

The measurement system of regional cities' niche concludes 4 aspects and 32 variables such as resources,market,society-economy and environment.Combining the clustering analysis,it differentiates the four types cities in Yangtze River Delta region and points out the function,advantages disadvantages of different city type and its development potential,based on the measurement of regional tourism cities' niche.In order to fulfill the multi-wins pattern,it indicates that cities should adopt the measurements such as the niche separation,niche expansion etc.to improve the competition relation and form the system structure which is of different niches,mutual aid and cooperation,systematic hierarchy.Finally,it will improve the regional tourism system sustainable development.
