Abstract

Objective:To investigate the drug-resistance of mucoid pseudomonas aeruginosa to guide the clinical reasonable use of the medicine.Methods:The KB method was applied to detect the resistance of common 12 antibiotics against 40 strains mucoid and 40 strains non-mucoid pseudomonas aernginosa and the statistical analysis of the results was made.Results:The resistance rate of mucoid pseudomonas aernginosa to 12 antibiotic was between 10%～35%,and that of non-mucoid pseudomonas aernginosa was between 40%～60%.Conclusion:Drug resistance of mucoid pseudomornas is weak in vitro,and also is obviously weaker than that of non-mucoid pseudomonas aeruginosa.But it's remarkable that the mucoid pseudomonas aernginosa has high duag resistance rate in vivo,so we should pay more attention to the mucoid pseudomonas aernginosa in clinical therapy.
