Abstract
Based on structural specificity of helix agitator, aiming at the geometric parameters of helix agitator being not constructed directly by the existed orders of ANSYS,the geometric parameters of helixl agitator are defined by ANSYS modeling function in preprocessor along with the inner developed tools of APDL and UIDL,after researching of APDL language and organizational management of the macro technology of the ANSYS software.By inputting relevant parameters in the parameter file and reading in program in ANASYS,the parametric modeling for the helical agitator is achieved. The method not only enhances the modeling efficiency, but also offers an efficient reference for similar problems, which can provide convenience for further static and dynamic analysis.
