Abstract
The article analyzes the reasons of heterogeneity among knowledge organization systems(KOS),summaries the methods to implement interoperation of KOS,and introduces the standard and specification about KOS construction and interoperation.Article also introduces some typical interoperation system of KOS.Article points out that we should consider interoperation from scratch,not at the end of KOS construction.
