Abstract
Objective:To study the suitable condition for Weilingxian seed germination using wild Weilingxian seed as the research object. Method:The influences of different reagents and storage conditions on Weilingxian seed germination rate and germination vigor were investigated. Result:The germination rate and germination vigor of seed stored in low temperature were significantly higher than that in room temperature. After treated by gibberellin, kalium nitricum, carbendazol and naphthalene acetic acid, the seed germination rates were increased compared with the control. But the seed treated by concentrated oil of vitriol did not sprout. Conclusion:After the seed stored in low temperature was treated by gibberellin, an early germination with short cycle and concentrated crest-time is found in the study which indicates that the processing method is suitable for Weilingxian seed germination.
