Abstract

The biological characteristics of Aphis glyicines Matsumura including available accumulation temperature, starting development point and fecundity etc, were studied in 5 different temperatures. The results showed that increased temperature shortened developmental duration significantly and the low temperature suppressed development of nymph. The longest developmental duration was 22.08 days in 10℃.In 15℃,20℃,25℃ and 30℃ the developmental duration were 14.04,10.67,9.92 and 6.71 days respectively.Low temperature also suppressed the reproduction of Aphis glyicines Matsumura. The least average and daily fecundity were 15.73 and 1.23 at 10℃,and the higher average fecundity were 27.87 and 27.36 at 20℃ and 25℃ respectively.Linear equation regression analysis showed that the temperature of the starting development point of the 1st instar was 2.026 8℃,the available accumulation temperature was 38.421 6 degree-days.The figures of which for the total period were 1.658 7℃ and 202.787 9 degree-days.
