Abstract

Objective:To observe the efficacy of combined rehabilitation management for dysfunction in knee joint with therapy over 4 weeks after trauma. Methods: 130 cases were divided into two groups: treatment group(n=80) and control group(n=50).The treatment group received combined rehabilitation therapy including traditional medicine washing, keritherapy and movement therapy and electrotherapy in medium frequency;and the control group received irregular therapy in home or rehabilitation out-patient clinic. After management, the function in knee joint were evaluated. Results: The rate of fine efficacy was 87.5% in treatement group and 34% in control group, the difference was significant(P0.01).Conclusion: The efficacy of combined rehabilitation management was satisfied in the treatment of dysfunction in knee joint during 4 months after trauma and surgery, which was better specially for the ones received therapy early.
