Review of the Method of Application of Criminal Law

Abstract

The using of methods in the application of criminal law is the important guarantee to enhance impartiality and persuasive of ruling. The research achievement of criminal law interpretation is the most fruitful in the study of criminal law application methods. What is more,the research of which is the deepest and the most widely.The research of methods of thinking,reasoning,argumentation,interest measure and process loophole in criminal law and so on is insufficient,comparison with the requirements of the judicial practice. Further study of criminal law applicable method is one of the important ways to improve the judicial efficiency and justice.
