The Pre-hospital care and nursing of Spinal trauma

Objective Familiar with the Pre-hospital care and nursing process of Spinal trauma,To discuss how to strengthen and efficient Pre-hospital care and nursing,and how to transport spinal trauma patients in safety.Methods 47 cases were analyzed retrospectively in patients with spinal trauma,summarize the experience of Pre-hospital care and transport spinal trauma patients in safety.Results A total of 47 patients with spinal trauma,of these 4 were dead before arrived at the scene.Another 5 patients had paralyzed by inspection.An additional 38 patients were safety transported to hospital,no secondary injury and symptoms worse.Conclusion it's important to protect spine in right techniques when transport spinal trauma patients in safety.in this way,we can save lives and reduce disability rate,improve the prognosis.
