Abstract
Objective To analysis the effect of low-pressure flushing on the minimally invasive percutaneous renal lithotripsy. Methods Under the condition of epidural block,40 cases patients with upper ureteral stone and kidney stone were treated by cavity pneumatic lithotripsy via ureteroscope.Continued irrigation by liquid infusion pump in the intraoperative. If the operative field was unclear, you can plus the three-way and press irrigation by 50ml syringe in a short time. Results There were 26 cases patients were successfully cured in the first time,7 cases were cured in the second time. There were 5 cases patients were still remained part of calculi,2 cases were remained large of calculi untill now.The operative time arranged from 1~2.5h,hospitalization time arranged from 5~15(7.5±0.5)d.There were not patients with bleeding and infection. Conclusion The applied of low-pressure flushing in the minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy achieved the more satisfactory effect,it is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
