Abstract

With the CIRAS-1 mobile portable photosynthesis system made in British PP-Systems companies,the photosynthetic characteristic of seasonal strawberry cultivars Selva and Midlight Were studied from 23-5 to30-5.The result showed that the diurnal change tendency of the net photosynthetic rate of seasonal strawberry cultivars Selva and Midlight all presented a bimodal curve.The first peak value of Selva and Midlight occurred at about 9:00 am,the second peak value occurred at about 15:00 pm.Their later net photosynthetic rate both was higher than the first one.The daily variations of stomata conductance and transpiration rate were basically positive correlation.They all presented a bimodal curve.The net photosynthetic rate of the function leaf of two seasonal strawberries was higher,but the net photosynthetic rate of the old leaf and the young leaf were lower.The net photosynthetic rate of function leaf is more than old leaf and young leaf.
