Abstract
Objective:To understand the situation of pathogenic bacteria in food in Qinhuangdao,so as to carry out target-oriented food hygiene supervision. Methods: According to monitoring guideline of food-borne pathogenic bacteria in Hebei in 2010,sample 10 types of food and detect 10 kinds of bacteria. Results: The positive rate of pathogenic bacteria is 8.69% from 138 samples. The detection rate of salmonella is 13.33%,Listeria monoeytogenes 20.00% in raw poultry meat. The detection rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus is 20.00%,Vibrio vulnificus 10.00%,Listeria monoeytogenes 5.00% in aquatic products. Conclusion: There were more serious contamination and potential food safety hazard in aquatic products and raw poultry meat, etc.Strengthen supervision and management to prevent food-borne diseases from outbreaking.
