Abstract
For the networked control systems(NCS) with the effort of uncertain short delay and the data-packet dropout,set the time stand of uncertain short delay being transformed into constant delay,and it is not the longest delay time.Considering the data being the data-packet dropout,its time delay is longer than the time stand,including the date-packet that is really lost.Unify the time delay and the dropped data-packet model together,and compensate the data-packet dropout with the late data that dropout before.Finally,an example shows the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
