Abstract

15Nb-tryptamine was synthesized starting from [a -15N] glycine via 7 steps. Theyield of 15Nb-tryptamine from [a -15N] glycine was 45%. [2-15N] perlolyrine wassynthesized from 15Nb-tryptamine via 3 steps, the yield of [2-15N] perlolyrine from15Nb-tryptamine was 22.2%. The 15N abundance of [2-15N] perlolyrine was morethan 90%. The synthetic showed that the synthetic compounds were suitable for thestuding of drug metabolism.
