Abstract
A quadrilateral mesh generation algorithm based on cloud data was introduced.During the process of creating quadrilateral meshes,because cloud data was not uniform sometimes,the generating mesh form may be concave quadrilateral mesh or degenerate to trangle mesh,though meshes were formed according to quadrilateral quality factor.Therefore,mesh optimization was needed.The optimization of quadrilateral mesh was introduced in two aspects.One is the shape of quadrilateral mesh,and the other is the optimization of boundary.The result of algorithm running was presented.
