Study on the ariation types of morphological characters in the population of Platycodon grandiflorum seeds

After observing morphological characters of seeds from the same population of perennial cultivated violet Playcondon gandiflorum,seven types of distinct diversity seeds were selected.The seed appearance of each type,seed color, caruncle width and color were compared and analyzed.The analysis results showed that the seed appearance,color and size in the same type was nearly the same,but there was distinct diversity in different types.Some genetic markers which could identify the types of Playcondon gandiflorum were obtained.
