Abstract
The genetic difference of 15 rice parents(4 CMS lines and 11 restorer lines) was analyzed by the molecular markers of yield-related QTLs in rice. The correlation between genetic distance and heterosis was studied on the basis of the performance of 44 F1 hybrids. The results showed that the correlation between genetic distance of rice QTLs and yield heterosis was significant(r=0.31*),but insignificant between genetic distance and heterosis of other yield traits, indicating the possibility of forecasting heterosis by molecular markers of rice QTLs.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
