This paper describes the opportunities and challenges faced by the construction of university library,analyzes the advantages and shortcomings of university library in its construction,and makes a rational consideration about the construction of university library from aspects of the construction of management concept,the construction of collection resources,the construction of literature retrieval,and the construction of librarian quality,etc.
