Abstract
Nutrients in the fresh leaves of Broussonetia papyrifera harvested in October were analyzed and determined by means of atomic absorption spectroscopy(AAS).The result showed that under naturally drying condition, leaves of Broussonetia papyrifera contained higher total amino acid and protein,respectively,17.25% and 20.81%,and crude fibre content at 9.5%,23.75% lower than that under 60℃ drying condition.Content of Ca,K,Mg and F were 8124.9、4341.2,1770.8,47.8 mg·kg-1 respectively, which could meet the demand of animal food without any addition of mineral elements.Drying under natural condition was much economical and effective.
