Abstract

This text discusses the problems that exist in the combination of technological innovation and management innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises,it believes that if modern small and medium-sized enterprises want to break through the developmentstagnation,they can't only depend on single technological innovation or management innovation,they must depend on the effective combination of technological innovation and management innovation,strengthen the competition advantage by technological innovation,and coordinate the contradiction inside enterprises with management innovation,develop combination advantage.
