Abstract
The objective of this study is to determine the concentrations of amentoflavone in Selaginella tamariscina and different processed products by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The HPLC separation was performed on Shim-pack VP-ODS c olumn(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) and detected with DAD at the wavelength 337 nm.The isocratic elution was carried out with methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid in water(65∶ 35) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8 mL / min at 25 ℃.The results indicated that the concentrations of amentoflavone detected in S.tamariscina, fried S.Tamariscina and S.tamariscina coke were 0.84%,1.07% and 0.53% respectively.Different processing methods caused the different concentrations of amentoflavone in these samples.
