Abstract

objective: To establish the determination method of scopolamine hydrobromide injection. Method: The concentration of scopolamine hydrobromide was determined at 257nm with water solution. Results: The concentration of scopolamine hydrobromide to UV absorption was liner between 0.2 mg/ml and 1.2 mg/ml. The average recovery was 99.9% with RSD 0.4%. Conclusion: The UV spectrophotometry is accurate for the determination of scopolamine hydrobromide in scopolamine hydrobromide injection.
