Abstract
In this paper the anti-insect mechanism and application of Bt transgenic anti-insect cotton were expounded.The ecological risk of its application was pointed out.The system of management measure was put forward,the supervision and determination of the resistance of Bt transgenic anti-insect cotton and so on should be strengthened.
