Abstract
Objective:To fully evaluate prevention and treatment measure of iodine supplementation.Method:A study was carried out by the method radioimmunoassay to investigate the iodine matabolism and pituitary thyroid function after long-term steady iodine supplementation on children from 7 to 14 years in iodine deficiency areas in suburb of Bao Tou.Results:T 3、T 4、TSH and urine iodine concentration was in normol range on children of iodine supplementation in iodine deficicecy areas. Conclusion:indicating that condition of iodine deficiency of children group had been overcome Through long-term iodime supplmentation.
