Abstract

It is widely accepted that,out of special reasons,the litigant can suspend or even terminate the contract after it was signed.This rule is called Frustration rule in Common Law,and Hardship and Force Majeure in Civil Law.The Principles of International Commercial Contracts effectively integrates the two rules as the result of international unification of contract laws.
