Analysis of Third Party Logistics Management Based on Reverse Logistics

With the increasing awareness of environmental protection, more and more enterprises pay attention to reverse logistics, the development of reverse logistics becomes the competitiveness of enterprises guarantee. In this paper, we analyse the reasons for the development of reverse logistics. Thus introduce into the third-logistics management which has become a new trend, basing on the perspective of reverse logistics, propose the third-logistics reverse logistics. Besides we describe that its can reduce logistics costs, improve logistics operational efficiency and enhance business efficiency, and put forward two model of the operation.
