Effects of Danhong Injection on Unstable Factors and Vascular Endothelial Function of Inflammation in Patients with Angina Pectoris

Objective:To investigate the effect of Danhong Injection on unstable angina pectoris serum inflammatory factors and endothelial function. Methods:From 2013 February-2014 year in February in 108 cases of patients with unstable angina pectoris in our hospital,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,54 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment plan:statins,nitrate,low molecular weight heparin and calcium antagonists,on the basis of the observation group to increase the use of Danhong injection. Changes in treatment were compared between the two groups of serum inflammatory factors and reflect the vascular endothelial function related factors and clinical efficacy after 2 weeks. Results:Compared to the observation group and the control group after treatment hs-CRP and TNF- alpha and the corresponding groups before treatment,P0.05,with statistically significant difference,but the observation group after treatment hs-CRP and TNF- alpha reduces by more than the control group(P0.05);compare the observation group and control group after treatment,FMD,ET and NO and the corresponding group before treatment,P0.05,statistically significant differences were observed in group FMD and NO,but the increasing amplitude,the magnitude of ET lowering than the control group(P0.05);patients in the observation group the total clinical effective rate(94.44%)and the control group(74.07%)compared to,P0.05,with significant difference. Conclusion:Danhong injection has a moderating effect on improvement of unstable angina patients with inflammatory cytokines and vascular endothelial function,improve clinical efficacy,is worthy of promotion.
