Abstract

Objective To observe the use of Ara-Amp in chronic hepatitis B treatment.Methods Sixty two patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into group A and B.Patients in both groups received conventional drugs as reduced glutathione and diammonium glycyrrhizinate for 2 months,patients in group B also received Ara-Amp for 28 days.Results The serum levels of HBeAg,HBV DNA,TbiL,ALT,AST in group B were higher than in group A 2-month after treatment.Conclusion Ara-Amp is effective for chronic hepatitis B.
