The Spirit of Song-Dynasty Study in Zhou Dunyi's "Yi" Study

Zhou Dunyi and his Yi study in the North-Song period did not show a remarkable status.However,he was regarded as the orthodox master of Daoism in Song-Dynasty study.This paper believes that the result was not completely due to the recommendation of Zhu Xi and other people,but due to Zhou Dunyi's consciousness in grasping the key issue of surviving in society.Based on Zhou Yi's universe philosophy,he built the Confucianist ethics recommended by the four books,and successfully converted Zhou Yi's Taiji wisdom of foretelling good and ill luck to moral nourishment of identifying good and evil.His work reconstructed a philosophy of ethics orientation.
