Research on Evaluation of Personnel Training Being Best Opportunity of Development of Vocational Colleges

The evaluation of personnel training of vocational colleges is of full range,whole process and all information in personnel training with teaching at the core in vocational colleges.This paper reviews and regulates systematically the work of personnel training over the past five years so as to know ourselves better,identify gaps,promote the construction,carry out reform and innovation,standardize management,form characteristics to promote the intension development of vocational colleges and improve quality of running school.In this way,the second round of the evaluation will be the best opportunity for the development of vocational colleges.
