Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Halometasone Cream Combined with Transfer Factor on Vitiligo Patients

Objective: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of using transfer factor capsules and halometasone cream to treat vitiligo.Methods: 78 cases with vitiligo were divided into two groups as treatment group(40 cases) and control group(38 cases) randomly.40 Cases in the treatment group were treated with halometasone cream and transfer factor capsules,while 38 cases in the control group were only treated with halometasone cream.Meanwhile,all cases took licorice zinc particles.The therapy course of two groups is 3 months.Results: The effective rates in the treatment group and the control group were 65.0 % and 50.0 %,respectively.There was significant difference between two groups(P0.05).Conclusion: The combined use of transfer factor capsules and halometasone cream could produce better therapeutic effect.
