The Study of the Housing Land Price Based on the System Dynamics

To explore the mechanism and reasonable interval of urban housing land price, and find the key influence factors which affect the market price, accurately predict the trend of its development. The article has constructed the system dynamics model of the city housing land price from the theory. Which includes the urban population, social economy, land demand and land supply four subsystems. And research for the dynamics equation and test method of each subsystem, what’s more, continue to the further study. The system dynamics can continue to promotion application: ①the trend simulation of land market; ②the land policy research and policy analysis; ③the mechanism research of the price system.
