Abstract
Evaluation of security of Probiotics have many methods,such as studying the characteristics of Probiotics,the pharmacokinetics of Probiotics,the interaction between the Probiotics and the host and so on.With the deepening of the study,Probiotics′ unique nutrition and health-care effect have got more and more peoples′ attention.The paper will focus on the latest research progress of Probiotics screening and identification,bio-security and function.
